The Origin of PowerOnTheGo

Energy is a fundamental necessity for people, whether it be in the form of electricity or fuel. A variety of energy sources are essential for human survival, and when energy is effectively utilized in everyday and mobile scenarios, its value becomes apparent.

Electrification Reaching Every Corner

With the onset of the electrification era, electric energy has gradually gained prominence and taken on a leading role in energy development. In a world where everything is powered by electricity, ensuring access to and replenishment of this vital resource becomes crucial. Electrification can only be considered complete when it reaches every corner.

Insufficient Energy for Mobility

In addition to electric power, gasoline has historically been the primary source of energy used for transportation prior to electrification. Energy transport almost invariably requires the use of gasoline due to its high flexibility and ease of portability for refueling vehicles. Gasoline-powered vehicles have thus been able to fulfill travel and transportation needs even in situations with limited access to energy.

Early challenges faced by electric vehicles included their limited range and difficulties associated with recharging their batteries. Despite advancements in portable power supply devices such as batteries and power banks, these do not provide a good charging service for electric vehicles with high-capacity batteries in a timely manner, placing them at a disadvantage compared to gasoline-powered vehicles.

Roadside Assistance

Electric vehicles with slightly inferior performance are gradually gaining traction in the market under current circumstances. While improvements have been made regarding their range limitations, there remains no readily available removable power source capable of supplying power directly to these vehicles. It is not always feasible or convenient for electric vehicle owners to fully charge their cars each time they need to travel; therefore, there exists an urgent need for a portable power system that can facilitate charging specifically tailored towards electric vehicles' requirements.

While gasoline vehicles are accustomed to relying on road assistance to obtain the energy that gasoline supplement vehicles lack, SETEC POWER recognized that electric vehicles also require a corresponding system of devices to replenish the electricity. Thus, PowerOnTheGo was born.

PowerOnTheGo Characteristics

When PowerOnTheGo initially emerged, AC charging was the predominant method of charging electric vehicles, which resulted in a relatively slow charging speed for electric vehicles. PowerOnTheGo tackles the problem of running out of power on the road through road rescue service for electricity without the need for extensive charging time like conventional AC chargers, thanks to its utilization of DC charging mode.

Furthermore, PowerOnTheGo is compatible with all mainstream adapters available in the market and suitable for the majority of electric vehicles, which is likely not achievable at current charging stations in the market.

PowerOnTheGo can be at home, in your vehicle, or anywhere you need it
